Scott Miller
WR - Atlanta Falcons
2024 Outlook
Scott Miller caught 2-of-2 targets for 14 yards and one touchdown in the Falcons’ 28-23 loss to the Titans.
Fantasy Impact
Miller scored late in the fourth quarter on an eight-yard touchdown to bring the Falcons to within one score. The 26-year-old has six receptions in four games this season, but has yet to see any consistent playing time. Fantasy managers can leave Miller on the waiver wire.
Scott Miller caught both of his targets for 10 yards in the Falcons' 21-19 win over the Houston Texans in Week 5.
Fantasy Impact
Miller has been non-existent in the Atlanta offense to begin the season, failing to see a target or record a catch in four of five games. The veteran wideout will need to see a significant increase in target share to even be considered roster-worthy in any format this season.
Scott Miller caught his lone target for nine yards in a win over Miami Friday.
Fantasy Impact
Miller is entering his first season in Atlanta after spending the first four years of his career with Tampa Bay. The 26-year-old tallied 185 yards on 23 receptions in 15 games last season. Miller will likely end up as a backup wide receiver and have limited fantasy value.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Atlanta Falcons are signing WR Scotty Miller to a one-year deal.
Fantasy Impact
Miller spent his first four seasons in Tampa Bay with the Buccaneers where he caught 74 passes for 924 yards and four touchdowns. Miller brings 4.39 speed to the Falcons who also brought in WR Mack Hollins in free agency. Atlanta is looking thin at WR heading into 2023, and Miller could see an increased role compared to his 24% of offensive snaps he saw in 2022.
Scotty Miller is officially inactive for Tampa Bay’s Week 4 matchup against the Chiefs on Sunday Night.
Fantasy Impact
Miller is inactive but only has four catches for 38 yards in two games this season so managers likely weren’t waiting for Sunday night for him anyways. His absence leaves a few more balls to other receivers like Evans, Godwin, and Jones.
