Scottie Phillips being promoted from practice squad
The Houston Texans are elevating RB Scottie Phillips from the practice squad.
Fantasy Impact
Phillips, a rookie from Ole Miss, is being activated for the first time this season. With David Johnson on IR, Phillips has likely added insurance in the event Duke Johnson or C.J. Prosise go down.
