Seth McGowan ran five times for 16 yards and caught his only target for three yards in the Colts' 34-22 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
McGowan was the clear No.2 back behind Jonathan Taylor yet again, but it didn't amount to much for fantasy. He's a clear-cut handcuff and not a bad one to have, but it's unlikely he will garner enough of a workload to really warrant starting him without a Taylor injury.
Seth McGowan caught his only target for no gain in the Colts' 41-23 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1.
Fantasy Impact
McGowan was one of many options in the Indianapolis offense that failed to make an impact in the Week 1 loss and can remain off rosters in all formats ahead of a tough Week 2 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Impact
McGowan is a tough, physical runner who keeps his legs moving through contact. He can catch passes out of the backfield - though not the strongest area of his game - but, he is good in pass protection and is willing to block would-be pass rushers. McGowan ran for 725 yards and 12 touchdowns at Kentucky in 2025 and joins the Colts to compete for a backup role to Jonathan Taylor in Indianapolis.
