Sione Vaki rushed the ball one time for seven yards and caught one pass for 13 yards in Thursday's 41-31 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Fantasy Impact
Vaki continues to make minimal impact on Detroit's offense. He has squarely established himself as the RB2 behind Jahmyr Gibbs, but that role hasn't furnished him with many opportunities over the first two weeks of the season. He remains nothing more than a mid-tier handcuff option for the foreseeable future.
Sione Vaki caught his only target for 11 yards while also rushing twice for seven yards in the Lions' 31-30 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 1.
Fantasy Impact
Vaki was an afterthought out of the backfield, being out-carried by Jahmyr Gibbs 29-2 in the win. The running back remains little more than an underwhelming handcuff to Gibbs ahead of a Week 2 contest against the Buffalo Bills.
