Atlanta Falcons offensive tackle Storm Norton is expected to miss 6-8 weeks after undergoing ankle surgery on Tuesday, Aug. 19.
Fantasy Impact
Norton is expected to provide tackle depth for Atlanta behind Jake Matthews and Kaleb McGary, who was carted off the field on Aug. 20 with an apparent leg injury. The Falcons' offensive line depth is facing pressure, and a potential move could be in store. Norton has played in 67 games, starting 22, including 18 in LA and four in Atlanta.
Former XFL OT Storm Norton has signed a two-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Just hours after the XFL announced they will be seizing all operations with no plan to continue into the 2021 season, Norton, a member of the Los Angeles Wildcats, signs a deal with the Chargers. He went undrafted in 2017 out of Toledo and has bounced around on a couple NFL practice squads. A big opportunity for a big man, who boasts a 6’7”, 317 lb frame.
