Tanner Gentry brought in all three of his targets for 31 yards in the Bears’ preseason loss to the Giants on Friday.
The second-year man out of Wyoming finished with a respectable receiving total in Friday's loss. After starting three games for the Bears in 2017, Gentry is trying to make it onto the final roster after not playing in 2018.
Tanner Gentry was the only Bears receiver with a catch on Sunday. He finished with one catch for 8 yards.
The Bears defense stole the show on Sunday, giving them an early lead and coasting throughout the rest of the game. All Bears receivers, including Gentry, did not get much production, but they still receive the victory. For now, Gentry is not worth a roster position in fantasy leagues.
