Troy Franklin
WR - Denver Broncos
Availability
Troy Franklin secured all four of his targets for only 17 yards in Thursday's win over the Chiefs.
Fantasy Impact
Franklin has been frustratingly difficult to project throughout the season for fantasy managers. The second-year receiver did make four grabs Thursday, but his longest gain went for just six yards. This comes on the heels of a combined 10 receptions for 151 yards and a touchdown over the previous two weeks. Franklin will go up against the Chargers' sixth-ranked pass defense in Week 18.
Troy Franklin caught 4-of-5 targets for 66 yards in Sunday's 34-20 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Fantasy Impact
Franklin was a solid contributor for the Broncos on Sunday. He was able to rack up 66 total yards against the Jaguars, but he didn't get into the end zone at all, so his fantasy total remained limited. He has been pretty good lately but will continue to be a volatile fantasy option on a week-to-week basis.
Benefiting from the absence of Pat Bryant (hamstring), Troy Franklin re-emerged as a central figure in the Denver offense during Sunday's win over Green Bay, catching all six of his targets for 85 yards and a touchdown. The receiver snapped a two-game skid of dwindling involvement by finishing second on the team in all major receiving categories, highlighted by a pivotal 23-yard score as the third quarter expired.
Fantasy Impact
Franklin delivered three gains of at least 15 yards in the victory, making a strong case for sustained volume. However, his outlook for the Week 16 matchup against Jacksonville remains clouded by the potential return of Bryant to the lineup.
Troy Franklin caught three of four targets for 11 yards in the Broncos' 24-17 win over the Raiders.
Fantasy Impact
Franklin has 32 yards over the last two weeks and has seemingly taken a back seat to Pat Bryant. However, he tied Bryant in targets in this game, but the rookie edged him out in yardage. He will look to bounce back against Green Bay next week.
Troy Franklin caught just two passes for 21 yards in Sunday night's 27-26 OT win over the Washington Commanders.
Fantasy Impact
Franklin was pretty well a non-factor on Sunday. He caught just two passes against the Commanders and finished with 21 yards, which was far from moving the needle for Denver's offense. He has had spells of success so far this season but will likely continue to be inconsistent moving forward.
