Tyrell Shavers
WR - Buffalo Bills
Availability
Tyrell Shavers did not see a single target in Thursday's 23-19 loss to the Texans.
Fantasy Impact
Shavers enjoyed a career-best game this past Sunday against the Buccaneers. Any fantasy managers who chased him in hopes of a repeat in Week 12 ended up incredibly frustrated. Shavers was on the field for 26 offensive snaps Thursday night, but QB Josh Allen did not look his way even once.
Tyrell Shavers caught 4-of-5 targets for 90 yards and a touchdown in the Bills 44-32 win over the Bucs.
Fantasy Impact
On a day where Keon Coleman was a healthy scratch, Shavers took advantage of the opportunity. That included a 43-yard touchdown reception. He is still tough to trust as of now, but he could be on the flex radar in deeper leagues if Coleman remains sidelined.
Tyrell Shavers did not receive any targets or record any receptions in Sunday's win against the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact
Shavers' lack of involvement is hardly surprising, given that he's only recorded five receptions for 51 yards on the season. Unless a litany of injuries hits the Bills' wide receiver room, Shavers will not provide any fantasy value moving forward.
Bills wide receiver Tyrell Shavers suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's practice and was carted off the field.
Fantasy Impact
Shavers injured his ankle on the final play of Sunday's practice. The undrafted free agent appeared in three games last season and is competing for a job on the team's practice squad to open the season.
The Bills have elevated WR Tyrell Shavers from their practice squad for Week 5.
Fantasy Impact
Shavers will provide the Bills will a depth option after Khalil Shakir was ruled out for Week 5. The 25-year-old drew high praise during training camp and will now have his first opportunity to see the field this season.
