The Jets signed QB Will Levis to their practice squad.
Fantasy Impact
Levis previously worked out for the Jets. He'll add depth in their quarterback room. Bailey Zappe was released as the corresponding move.
Will Levis worked out for the Jets on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Levis was cut loose by the Titans this past weekend and subsequently cleared waivers. The second-round pick from 2023 spent all of last season on the IL after starting 21 games for the Titans over the previous two campaigns. Levis is looking to catch on with the Jets or another team, most likely as a third QB.
QB Will Levis went unclaimed on waivers after being released by the Titans.
Fantasy Impact
Levis could still be picked up to serve as a team's QB3 or join a practice squad ahead of the season.
Will Levis has been released by the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy Impact
After being chosen with the 33rd overall pick in 2023, Levis failed to impress the Titans enough to keep them from selecting Cam Ward in 2025. Levis himself believes he is worth a starting job somewhere, but finding the job could prove difficult. However, Miami is currently in need of a backup QB, so he could find a home there along with former Titan Malik Willis.
Titans coach Robert Saleh said Will Levis can compete with Mitch Trubisky for No. 2 QB job.
Fantasy Impact
This will be a situation to monitor throughout training camp and into the preseason. Titans GM Mike Borgonzi said rostering third QB is a matter of the best 53 players.
