WR - IND
Week 8 Outlook
Zach Pascal caught four of seven targets for 54 yards and a touchdown on Sunday as the Colts beat the Bengals by a 31-27 score in Week 6 action.
Pascal finished second on the team in targets and helped out fantasy owners with the touchdown catch. The 25-year-old receiver now has 16 catches on 28 targets for 198 yards and two touchdowns on the year.
Zach Pascal caught both his targets for 15 yards as the Colts lost to the Browns on Sunday by a 32-23 score in Week 5 action.
This was a disappointing performance for Pascal who led the team in targets in Week 4. The 25-year-old wide receiver has been inconsistent and now has 12 receptions on 21 targets and is only worth owning in deeper fantasy leagues.
Zach Pascal caught 3-of-8 targets for 58 yards in the Colts' Week 4 win over the Bears by a 19-11 score.
Pascal picked up the start on Sunday with Michael Pittman and Parris Campbell both out with injuries. The 25-year-old receiver should start again in Week 5 against the Browns and is worth a pickup in 12-14 team fantasy leagues and deeper.
Zach Pascal caught 2-of-4 targets for 34 yards on Sunday in the Colts' Week 3 win over the Jets.
It looked like there would be more of a breakout for Pascal on Sunday with the receiver taking over the slot position for the injured Parris Campbell. With Michael Pittman hurting his ankle it could mean even more passes for Pascal and he is worth an add in deeper fantasy leagues.
Zach Pascal has been named the primary replacement for the injured Paris Campbell, according to offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni. Sirianni went on to say that it will be a '"committee," and that "They’ll try to match up players’ strengths to certain situations and choose the slot receiver through that criteria."
Pascal obviously gets the biggest bump out of Indy's receiver room. The Colts will still be a run-first team so do not expect a large jump in value for Pascal. Michael Pittman also saw a jump in his snap count percentage, making him a shot for deeper leagues if Pascal is unavailable. The other two receivers who received snaps after Campbell's exit were Daurice Fountain and Ashton Dulin, both should be left on waivers for now.
