Josh Downs Week 15 Outlook - Colts at Broncos

Downs has been listed as questionable this week after practicing in full on Thursday and Friday (shoulder). Downs is the WR25 in fantasy points per game, ranking 16th among wide receivers in red zone targets. In his two games played with Anthony Richardson since his return, Downs has had a 19% target share with 2.64 YPRR and a 23.9% first-read share. Since Week 11, Denver has moved toward more two high coverage utilizing it at the 13th-highest rate (51.5%). Against two high, Downs' TPRR has jumped from 32% to 36%, while his YPRR has remained strong at 2.12. Since Week 9, Denver has ranked 15th in receptions allowed to slot receivers while also allowing the eighth-most receiving yards per game to the position. With Michael Pittman seeing Patrick Surtain all day, Downs should be Richardson's go-to this week.
