Carnell Tate Week 3 Outlook - Titans at Giants

Carnell Tate has been a nonfactor in fantasy through two games. Cam Ward's play has been dreadful. Tate is the WR58 in fantasy points per game. Tate has a 21.2% target share, 1.27 YPRR, zero red zone targets, zero deep targets, and a 30.3% first-read share. Maybe this is the Ward and Tate breakout game, but it's tough to have enough faith in that to plug him into a ton of lineups (outside of deep leagues). The Giants have allowed the fifth-most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.
