Malik Willis Week 5 Outlook - Bengals at Dolphins

By Derek Brown (FantasyPros), Thu, Oct 8th 2026, 1:35pm EDT

Malik Willis has had a difficult beginning to the season. He has two games where his rushing production has been there with at least six rushing attempts and 39 rushing yards, while also having two games with only two rushing attempts and 12 or fewer rushing yards. This isn't going to get it done. If Willis is to have any fantasy value this season, Miami needs to dial up the rushing attempts for their quarterback. Willis is the QB34 in fantasy points per game. Among 29 qualifying passers, he has the 13th-lowest yards per attempt, the third-lowest passing success rate, the sixth-lowest catchable target rate, and the 11th-best hero throw rate. The arm talent is there, but the situation is gruesome, and he has faced the 12th-highest pressure rate. Willis has the potential for a solid game this week (if he can pile up some rushing production) against a Cincy pass defense that has allowed the 12th-most yards per attempt, the eighth-highest passing success rate, and the 14th-highest passer rating.
