Cam Ward is the QB20 in fantasy points per game. Ward has been dreadful as a passer through two games. Among 29 qualifying passers, Ward has the fifth-fewest yards per attempt, the third-lowest highly accurate throw rate, the fourth-lowest catchable target rate, and the 12th-highest off-target rate. The Giants have been equally bad as a pass defense. We have an old fashioned "mid off" this week with Ward against the Giants' pass defense. We'll see who wins, but Ward could return decent QB2 production this week. New York has allowed the 12th-most yards per attempt, the eighth-highest passing success rate, the second-most EPA per dropback, and the fourth-most fantasy points per dropback.
