With the assumption that he's the Week 1 starter/workhorse RB in an Andy Reid offense, I continue to move him up my rankings.

Williams had a nice close to the season and he should have a big role in their offense in 2019. Williams is a low-end RB2 to high-end RB3 on an offense that could utilize several running backs with RB Carlos Hyde and RB Darrel Williams behind him on the depth chart.

I have the industries highest ranking on Williams, and I'm afraid it's too low. Even with a modest 67% carry split and 11% target market share, he's going to out-perform his ADP. Just take a look at the WR's on this team behind Watkins and Hardman....Gehrig Dieter, Marcus Kemp, Josh Crockett and Byron Pringle. Kelce is going to get his, and Watkins sill be used when he's healthy. But Williams has this backfield on lockdown, and with no real threats at WR, he should be used a lot out of the backfield as well. Remember what a Chiefs RB is capable of. Hunt finished as the RB 11 in half PPR scoring last season...in just 11 games! There's a real case for ranking Williams in the top 6...overall.

It's never a bad thing to have the running back attached to Andy Reid's offense, though Williams shouldn't go inside the top few rounds due to the question marks surrounding him. He's still yet to have more than 13 carries in a regular season game, so what makes us believe he's going to stand up to a full workload? The Chiefs also signed Carlos Hyde, who happens to be a pretty good running back, though all many remember is that he didn't produce while on the Jaguars. If you were deciding between Hyde and Williams on the same roster at this point last year, Hyde would've been the no-brainer. Williams may be a stud, but he also comes with dud potential.

I'm assuming Williams isn't the starter over the entire season. Williams had a nice 4-game run to end the season, but was under 13 touches in two of them, he won't be the only fantasy producer in this backfield.
