TE - IND
While going over projections, it appears that Jack Doyle was majorly undervalued by everyone, myself included. Unless Frank Reich says he's going to change his entire offense and that Philip Rivers stops targeting tight ends, there's going to be points available for the Colts tight ends, and no one believes it's Trey Burton, right? Doyle could be the player that Hunter Henry was with the Chargers. The best part is that he's available at the end of drafts, so it doesn't cost you much to find out.
Doyle should have a new lease on life with Philip Rivers under center. He is a TE2 with upside if he can stay healthy.
Jack Doyle has for so long been a solid tight end with limited upside. While Eric Ebron is out of town, little has changed. Doyle remains a solid bye week replacement but he's unlikely to provide league winning upside. While Philip Rivers has a penchant for tight ends, Doyle really isn't a guy you need to be drafting in the majority of leagues.
Doyle falls into the tier of several tight ends that could emerge and become fantasy relevant in 2020. Philip Rivers has loved throwing to his tight ends in the past and they're a critical part of the offense here in Indianapolis. Doyle's currently not being drafted at all, but he absolutely could be a viable fantasy option this season.
One of many Colts that could be a beneficiary of a more effective passing game. Assuming he can beat out, or play effectively along side Trey Burton for the lead roll. Was one, of a handful of TEs, just a couple of TDs away from a top 12 year last year. We know being the 12th best TE isn't actually any good for your fantasy team(ask Jason Witten), but if you're looking for steady instead of upside late, Doyle is fine.
