Wan'Dale Robinson concluded his career at Kentucky with a 98th percentile college target share and 95th percentile breakout age (per Last year he was 18th in yards per route run and 13th in receiving yards from the slot (minimum 20 slot targets, per PFF). He'll compete for targets in year one for targets against Kadarius Toney, dusty Kenny Golladay, and Sterling Shepard, who is recovering from an Achilles tendon rupture. It doesn't take a wild imagination to envision Robinson taking over the slot role and leading the team in targets this season. He's an upside later-round flier in all formats.

The high second-round draft capital commitment from the The New York Giants are going to get Wan'Dale Robinson on the field sooner rather than later. Considering the same can't be said for guys like Kadarius Toney or any other leftover Giants skill players from the previous regime, we could see Robinson step in Day 1 and offer an immediate impact.

I'm also more optimistic than most that Brian Daboll understands how to use a shorter receiver like Robinson, based on his prior experiences with Cole Beasley and Isaiah McKenzie in Buffalo. And the Giants don't seem overly concerned about listing him at 5-foot-11 after he measured at 5-foot-8 at the NFL Scouting Combine. Go figure.

In his first season playing wide receiver, Robinson finished second in the FBS in yards per route run (3.56). The Kentucky product also owns PFF's No. 1 career receiving grade (93.4) in the 2022 draft class.

The Giants are lining him up all over the formation, including the backfield. Certified gadget player with potential to have big-time fantasy value. They reached up in the draft to get him so they must have plans to utilize his many talents, but since the combine his only real concern has been his size... or lack thereof.

7/27: Running with the ones & making highlight plays already. Love to see it

6/8: Reportedly making highlight after highlight in practice 7/4: Projections LOVED Wan'Dale

Positives - Versatile WR/RB/KR, Creates YAC with shiftiness, Great Motor
Negatives - Undersized, Quicker than fast, Route Running needs improvement
