View More NotesAaron Jones is battling through a banged-up knee. Last week, despite the less-than-full-strength knee, Jones played 81.8% of the snaps with 73.9% of the rushing attempts, a 58.8% route share, and a 20.7% target share. Jones finished with 22 touches and 92 total yards. I don't know how long he'll hold up to this workload, but fantasy gamers should appreciate it while we have it. Among 43 qualifying rushers, Jones is 34th in explosive run rate, 37th in yards after contact per attempt, and 34th in missed tackle rate. None of those numbers surprise me at all. Jones is essentially Alvin Kamara of the North now. Jones is a volume-based RB2/flex again this week. Miami ranks 18th in explosive run rate, 17th in missed tackle rate, and has allowed the third-fewest yards before contact per attempt.

Fantasy Impact
It wasn't the most efficient performance for Jones, but his overall volume made up for it. He'll be an RB2 play next week against the Dolphins.
