Mayfield's best finish in weekly scoring this season was QB21 (QB28, QB21, QB25). Among 33 qualifying passers, Mayfield is 23rd in yards per attempt, 22nd in passing success rate, 21st in highly accurate throw rate, and he has the fifth-highest off-target rate. Since losing Jaycee Horn and Michael Jackson, Carolina's pass defense has allowed the 12th-lowest passing success rate and the fourth-lowest passing touchdown rate while ranking 15th in passer rating and 16th in EPA per dropback allowed. Mayfield is a middling QB2 again this week.
