View More NotesMichael Penix Jr. is slated to start Week 3 for the Falcons. This is fantastic news for the entire offense. With Cooper Rush under center, there was no point in this offense even showing up on game day. Now, not only do they have a chance to score points, but their high-end fantasy players can actually get the ball. Despite only playing 51% of snaps in Week 2, Bijan finished with 16 carries for 72 yards and three receptions for nine yards. I am not worried about the snap percentage, as the Panthers took control of this game early. Now, with Penix back under center, the Falcons face the Packers, who are allowing the 10th most fantasy points to opposing RBs this season. Considering they have played the Vikings and the Jets, 10th may be generous. Bijan is a superstar back, and with a functional offense, we may see him return to elite fantasy production.

Fantasy Impact
Robinson was fine on the ground, 4.5 yards per carry, but still largely held in check. The Panthers didn't allow the Falcons to move the ball, mostly thanks to Atlanta's lack of competent QB play. If Michael Penix returns on Thursday, that will hopefully be a huge boost to Bijan's value. If not, it's looking like another long night for Bijan managers.
