View More NotesThe Jets are functional this year. Who knew that we would actually see Geno Smith commanding this offense to a win and an overtime loss in their first two games? As a result, we are seeing Hall return to fantasy form. Last week, he struggled on the ground, carrying the ball 16 times for 29 yards. Thankfully, he caught all five of his targets for 63 yards. As a result, he finished with a decent game despite Braelon Allen stealing a five-yard rushing touchdown. Hall is clearly the main guy on this offense and continues to see RB1 usage. Unfortunately, even though they are functional, there is limited touchdown upside on this offense. This week, they face the Lions, who have been decent against the run but horrific at defending the passing game. Hall should be heavily involved again this week, in a game that could become a sneaky shootout.

Fantasy Impact
Hall begins the season as one of the few bright spots in an inconsistent offense, totaling over 90 offensive yards in each of the first two games. The running back remains one of the few reliable options for fantasy managers ahead of a favorable Week 3 matchup against the Detroit Lions.
