Rozeboom has posted plus outings in back-to-back games but remains a flex/flex2 as opposed to an LB3. With that said, he absolutely has a place in starting lineups for Week 17 in 11 v 11 leagues. Start Rozeboom everywhere.

Rozeboom missed the last several games for the Panthers, but it sounds like he has a shot at coming back for them after their bye. He's been a great tackler this season and putting him back in the starting lineup would be a welcome boost for the defense.
