View More NotesPopular rookie 'sleeper' CJ Allen is expected to draw backup duties for his first NFL game. Akeem Davis Gaither is locked in as a starter, but due to dealing with multiple injuries this offseason, Allen was not able to beat out Jaylon Carlies for the starting job in Indianapolis. We all know Allen was drafted to start, but he will need to earn it during practice and now, on gamedays. Allen will, of course, be in the rotation, but with an uncertain snap count on tap, Allen needs to be left on fantasy benches for Week 1 of the fantasy season. Not an ideal start for someone you may have been hoping could be your LB2 or LB3, but his massive upside and pending opportunity make him a must-hold in leagues of all sizes.
