While general manager Mike Mayock told reporters that quarterback David Carr "played at a high level" in 2019 and that he was "happy" with him, the GM added that “every position gets evaluated every year, and if we can upgrade it, we will.”
Fantasy Impact
There have been rumors involving Tom Brady moving to Las Vegas and the Raiders this offseason. It's clear the Raiders are leaving the door open for a replacement of Carr, but it's far from a given that Carr isn't the team's starter in 2020.
