EDGE - IND
Expert NoteView More Notes
He's a tweener on paper, as he appears too small for a tackle, but maybe too big for an edge. However, when watching him, he has both strength and speed. Had me stop and say "wow" a few times, as players his size typically don't move that well. You watched LSU double-team him plenty of times. He plays aggressively, wants to be physical. I think it's possible he plays inside or outside on a 4-3 team, but DE on a 3-4 team.

Dayo Odeyingbo selected No. 54 by Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts have selected edge rusher Dayo Odeyingbo with the No. 54 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Athletic with good length, Dayo is a versatile defensive lineman who should thrive in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, Dayo may miss part or all of the season with a torn achilles. However, he should see snaps when healthy and has the chance to develop into an impact starter once he acclimates and earns the requisite snaps.
