Deonte Brown

Brown's a big physical presence on the interior that has the size that NFL coaches that run power schemes are going to fall in love with. He moves well for his size and has the foundation to build upon. He tends to play on his toes quite a bit and is consistently knocked off balance. He also struggles with hand placement and is consistently over setting and allowing the defensive lineman to have angles rather than squaring up. Struggles to recognize pressure too and had a few instances of failing to scan the field and let incoming blitzers barrel down on his QB. There are certainly some things to iron out, but Brown has the physical traits that could lead to him becoming a very solid pro eventually down the line.
