According to Ian Rapoport, Eddie Goldman has informed the Atlanta Falcons that he is retiring from the NFL.
Fantasy Impact
After being selected in the second round of the 2015 draft, Eddie Goldman spent six seasons with the Chicago Bears before being released in March. The veteran DT then signed a one-year deal with the Falcons earlier this month and was likely going to be a strong contributor on the interior. The team will now look for someone on their roster to step-up, and may add depth to the position by signing free agents.
