Moreau will miss his second-straight game on Sunday thanks to a lingering ankle injury that he's been nursing. His condition seemed to be improving in practice this week, so there may be a good chance that he plays in Week 4. For now, Juwan Johnson and Jimmy Graham will both be in line for more work in his absence against the Buccaneers.
