That's now two straight games with just one catch for Noel. He added a five-yard run in Thursday's contest, but he has basically done nothing for fantasy managers since Week 11. The rookie has also seen 33% or less of the offensive snaps in each of the last four games. Noel is really only a dynasty option right now.
