Baltimore Ravens are set to sign Jeromy Miles
Baltimore Ravens are "expected" to take safety Jeromy Miles off the market by signing him to a one-year contract, according to an article by Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun. Miles, 27, played on special teams for the Ravens since 2013. Last season, he proved his ability as a safety and made 23 tackles with five additional tackles when he was on special teams.
Due to the many injured players on the team last season, Miles was able to step up and he never looked back. This five-year veteran out of the University of Massachusetts played every game, started two of them with no injuries. He ends his season with 28 combined tackles, two forced fumbles, one interception and one recovered fumble.
