Jimmy Clausen productive in loss
Clausen completed 26 passes on 45 attempts for 281 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. His otherwise positive fantasy stats were offset by two interceptions.
Clausen was abused throughout the night, taking two sacks and five hits and ultimately being forced into two interceptions, but the backup quarterback was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise ugly loss. The Ravens have another difficult matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers next week and Jimmy Clausen will likely continue to battle Matt Schaub for the starting job this week. In spite of his efforts, Clausen should remain off the radar in standard fantasy leagues and be considered a desperation play in deep two-QB leagues.
