Bolton has been more of a peaks and valleys player than many expected this season, producing as a low-end LB2 instead of the LB1 he was drafted to be. With that said, he still has LB1 upside and should be in a position to flash it in Week 14, thanks to a plus matchup against the Houston Texans.
