Rueben Randle placed on IR
ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the Chicago Bears have placed wide receiver Rueben Randle (hamstring) on the injured reserve list Sunday.
Randle was placed on IR with a hamstring injury Sunday. Since he hasn't taken a regular season snap since 2015, his time in the league could be coming to an end in the wake of his injury. Even if he remained with the team, he would have likely struggled to make the final roster on a rebuilding Bears club with holes at wide receiver. In a corresponding move, the Bears signed kicker Roberto Aguayo to compete with Connor Barth for the team's starting placekicker job in 2017.
