Sean Bunting

Very thin frame, not going to out physical anyone, won't help against the run. Would help out in the slot at times. Does a good job shadowing a receivers moves, but doesn't know where the ball is most of the time. Plays with attitude despite his smaller size. Not going to be able to handle big, physical receivers, but he should be able to hang with average players. He's someone who intrigues me as a player, though his size/strength is the biggest concern. His ability to match receivers step for step does matter, more of a man cornerback. His 4.42-second 40-time and 41.5-inch vertical surely got some teams moving him up draft boards.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected cornerback Sean Bunting with the No. 39 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact

The Bucs are looking to rebuild their defense after a disastrous 2018 season in that regard. Tampa Bay was consistently playing in shootouts and will need to tighten things up if they hope to get back to the playoffs. The Bucs took linebacker Devin White with the fifth overall pick and now they add to their secondary.
