View More NotesLast year, before losing the rest of his season to a torn ACL (Week 9), Tucker Kraft was the TE1 in fantasy points per game. In Weeks 1-8, among 33 qualifying tight ends, Kraft ranked seventh in target share (18.3%), first in receiving yards per game (67), second in yards per route run (2.71), seventh in first-read share (21.6%), and second in first downs per route run (0.121). Kraft was also a YAC gawd, leading all tight ends in yards after the catch per reception and missed tackles forced per reception. We'll see what Kraft's route share and overall snap share are in Week 1. The matchup isn't great for Kraft, but I'm not going to count him out in Week 1. Last year, Minnesota allowed the eighth-fewest yards per target and the 11th-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Fantasy Impact
Kraft has been rehabbing from a major knee injury all offseason, but it appears that he is finally close to full health again, as he carries no injury designation prior to the team's season opener on Sunday. He could be limited for his first few weeks back, but the team hasn't indicated that, meaning that he could be seeing a full workload in the very near future.
