Ty Simpson has been named the emergency third QB for the Rams on Thursday. Stetson Bennett will perform backup duties.
Fantasy Impact
Simpson will need to develop more before getting his shot at being the primary backup. He was impressive in the preseason, but the Rams are opting to let the rookie sit a little longer before trusting him further.
