Cowboys DT Tyrone Crawford spoke to DallasCowboys.com last week, telling them, “Surprisingly, I’m feeling great [in recovery from double hip surgery].”
Fantasy Impact
The former 2012 third-round pick out Boise State has played seven seasons in the NFL, all for the Dallas Cowboys. He moved to right defensive end in 2016 after starting his career as a defensive tackle. He began finding more success as an edge rusher, on his way to a career total of 113 tackles and 23 sacks. He missed most of the 2019 season due to a hip issue dating back to the 2018 season. He opted for double hip surgery in October last year. Of the surgery and his current status, Crawford said, "obviously, double hip surgery is nothing to play around with. But I'm feeling awesome, ready to go.” Look for Crawford to settle back into a role as the right defensive end for a very good Dallas defense.
