| Pat Fitzmaurice FantasyPros | Injuries and inconsistent usage have thus far kept four-year veteran Greg Dulcich from establishing a firm foothold in the NFL, but in 2026 he'll have a chance to be a prominent contributor to a Dolphins offense that lacks proven pass-catching talent. Hamstring injuries limited Dulcich to 10 games as a rookie with the Broncos in 2022 and two games in his second season. Dulcich played four games for Denver in 2024, was released in November, then played five late-season games for the Giants. Dulcich signed with Miami midway through the 2025 season and had 26 catches for 335 yards and a touchdown in 10 games. The Dolphins re-signed Dulcich to another one-year deal in the offseason, and he now sits atop their depth chart at tight end. Miami selected three wise receivers in this year's draft, and none of the veteran receivers on the roster have ever had more than 610 receiving yards in a season. Although Miami isn't expected to have a high-powered passing attack with the inexperienced Malik Willis taking over as the starting quarterback, Dulcich could be a sneaky-good fantasy option this year. | |
| Andrew Erickson FantasyPros | A.J. Brown remains one of the NFL's premier alpha receivers despite a frustrating 2025 season in Philadelphia (WR11 PPG). After being traded to New England, Brown should immediately command massive volume and reclaim high-end WR1 upside, with an ascending quarterback in Drake Maye. Even in a down year, Brown still posted elite target share numbers and remained highly productive on a per-game basis. With him on a pass-heavy offense that is willing to feature him as the focal point, a major fantasy bounce-back and WR1 szn is LOADING for AJB. | Greg Dulcich could emerge as the 2026 fantasy football sleeper. Flashed with Miami in the second half of the season (second in YPPR among TEs from Week 9 onward), posting his best statistical season after battling injuries since his rookie campaign. The impending free agent finished second among all TEs in YAC/catch - trailing only Tucker Kraft. Worth monitoring now that he is officially returning to Miami, given his rookie year breakout coincided with former Broncos TE coach and current Cardinals TE coach, Jake Moreland, who has previously coached under new Dolphins OC, Bobby Slowik (Miami's passing game coordinator in 2025). Not to mention, the Dolphins' new HC just came from GB, so he clearly knows what a YAC tight end can offer for an offense. |
| Derek Brown FantasyPros | A.J. Brown has a new home in New England for the foreseeable future. Brown has been a WR1 in fantasy points per game over the last four seasons (WR10, WR12, WR8, WR8), and I don't see that stopping this season. Brown moves from an Eagles offense that was 15th in neutral passing rate to a Patriots' system that was ninth in neutral passing rate and could climb even higher this season with the additions of Brown and Romeo Doubs this offseason. Brown could easily spike a career high in touchdowns this season. Last season, Philly was 32nd in passing rate inside the ten-yard line while the Patriots were 15th. That jump in touchdown fuel (if it all works out) could send him into top five status this season among fantasy receivers. Last year, among 109 qualifying receivers, Brown was ninth in target share (27.5%), 17th in yards per route run (2.23), eighth in first-read share (35%), and 20th in first downs per route run (0.104, per Fantasy Points Data). Brown was also 30th in separation score and 16th in route win rate among the same sample of receivers. While many will worry about Drake Maye spreading the ball around in 2026, I'm not because last year that was related to New England not having an alpha-level receiver like Brown on the depth chart. That isn't the case now. Brown is a strong WR1 with more upside than he's had in previous seasons because of the passing volume floor and ceiling for New England this year. | Greg Dulcich could be THE late-round tight end to draft in 2026. Last year, he was absolutely awesome when on the field. Among 59 qualifying tight ends, he was fifth in target-per-route-run rate (24%), second in yards per route run (2.64) and yards after the catch per reception (7.69), fifth in first downs per route run (0.110), and sixth in fantasy points per route run (0.50, per Fantasy Points Data). Miami is starved for capable pass catchers for Malik Willis, and with only Will Kacmarek, Seydou Traore, and Ben Sims behind him on the tight end depth chart, Dulcich should be the Dolphins' every-down tight end. I won't be surprised if he finishes the season as a TE1. |
