Sam Girard scores on Wednesday

Sam Girard found the back of the net as the Avalanche dispatched the Boston Bruins 4-3 in OT. He recorded a goal, an even-rating, two PIMs, two shots and one hit.
Fantasy Impact:
Girard's shot had seeing eyes on this one. It bounced off a defenders shin pad, the went through two players, bounced again over Linus Ullmark's pad, tapped off the post and went in. It's his fifth of the year and the Avalanche defense accounted for three of the goals.
