Forsberg stopped 40-of-42 shots-on-goal for a .952 save-percentage. The two goals he surrendered all came in the first period of play. Linus Ullmark exited the game on the other end of the ice and the Senators were able to find three goals on the replacement goalie, Jeremy Swayman. It was enough, as the team got the 3-2 win.
