Phoenix Copley was solid in net for the Kings Monday night, stopping 20 of 22 shots faced in a 4-2 win over the Capitals.

Fantasy Impact: Copley has allowed less than three goals in seven of his last nine appearances (5-1-1) in the crease for the Kings, posting a .906 save percentage in that span. The 31-year-old netminder has been a breakout star for fantasy owners, posting a 2.76 GAA and .899 save percentage in 29 appearances (20-4-2) between the pipes so far this season.

Kevin Fiala notched one assist in the Kings' 4-2 win over the Capitals Monday night.

Fantasy Impact: Fiala has been hot in the offensive zone of late for the Kings, tallying points in 11 of his last 17 games (six goals, 14 points) for the club. The 26-year-old winger has been a dynamic offensive option under head coach Todd McClellan for fantasy owners, carrying a 1.03 point per game average (22 goals, 45 assists) in 65 games so far this season.

Phillip Danault was able to find the back of the net for the Kings Monday night, scoring one goal in a 4-2 win over the Capitals.

Fantasy Impact: Danault has picked up points in five of his last 11 games for the Kings, scoring two goals and adding six assists in that span. The 30-year-old has been fairly productive for fantasy owners to this point, recording 44 points (16 goals, 28 assists) in 65 games so far this season.

Adrian Kempe posted two points for the Kings Monday night, scoring one goal and picking up one assist in a 4-2 win over the Capitals.

Fantasy Impact: Kempe has been strong in the offensive zone of late for the Kings, picking up points in nine of his last 13 games (10 goals, five assists) for the club. The 26-year-old winger has offered solid output most nights for fantasy owners, tallying 49 points (30 goals, 19 assists) in 65 games so far this season.

Jonathan Quick struggled in the crease for the Kings Saturday night, allowing five goals on just 25 shots faced in a 5-2 loss to the Lightning.

Fantasy Impact: Quick has struggled when called upon between the pipes for the Kings of late, allowing three or more goals in 10 of his last 11 starts (1-6-3, .845 save percentage) for the club. The veteran netminder's best days seem to be in the rearview mirror, posting a dismal 3.41 GAA and .881 save percentage in 27 appearances (8-12-4) so far this season.

Drew Doughty picked up one assist Saturday night in the Kings' 5-2 loss to the Lightning.

Fantasy Impact: Doughty has been strong in the offensive zone of late for the Kings, tallying points in seven of his last nine games (one goal, eight assists) for the club. The veteran blueliner seems to have shaken off a rough early-season stretch for fantasy owners, registering 31 points (three goals, 28 assists) in 51 games so far this season.

Viktor Arvidsson was able to light the lamp for the Kings Friday night, scoring one goal in a 4-3 win over the Panthers.

Fantasy Impact: Arvidsson has tallied points in six of his last 13 games for the Kings, picking up six assists and scoring four goals in that span. The 29-year-old forward has offered glimpses of being a productive option on an overachieving Los Angeles forward group, scoring 13 goals and adding 21 assists for 34 points in 46 games so far this season.

Anze Kopitar was able to find the back of the net for the Kings Friday night, scoring one goal in a 4-3 win over the Panthers.

Fantasy Impact: Kopitar has gotten hot of late for the Kings, posting points in nine of his last 11 games (five goals, six assists) for the club. The veteran forward continues to be a fairly steady option for fantasy owners, posting 40 points (15 goals, 25 assists) in 51 games so far this season.

Quinton Byfield scored a goal in the second period of a 4-3 win versus San Jose. The goal was his first of the season. He also added an assist in 16:47 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: It was the sixth goal of his career in 62 games played and the first of the year. He also has five assists and a minus-three rating in 16 games played this season.

Gabriel Vilardi had three assists during a 5-1 road win versus Vegas. He finished the game without a shot but had a plus-three rating in 13:50 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: Vilardi is having a nice season with 16 goals and 12 assists with a plus-six rating. The 23-year-old has scored one goal and four assists in his last five games.

Fantasy Impact: Thompson signed a PTO with the Kings on Sept. 14 but it appears he'll be looking for a new home for the 2022-23 NHL season. The perennial bottom-six forward has skated in parts of 15 NHL seasons, spending the 2021-22 campaign with the Philadelphia Flyers while registering just one goal and three points across 33 contests.

The goalkeeper was perfect until 6:29 into the second period where he surrendered his first goal of the game to Daniel Sprong. Peterson held the crease down for the rest of the game until Morgan Geekie snuck one by with just four seconds left in regulation. The Kings got the victory by a score of 4-2.

Fantasy Impact: Peterson stopped 23-of-25 shots-on-goal for a .920 save-percentage. The win puts him at 18-10-1 on the season.

Spence had the secondary assist on the only Kings goal against Vegas and logged over 20 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: The young Kings defenseman has 2 assists in six games so far this season and has logged 20+ minutes of ice time in 4 of his 6 games since being called up on March 10th.

Moore picked up the primary assist on the lone Los Angeles goal in a losing effort against the Golden Knights.

Fantasy Impact: The Kings forward got an assist in a second straight game. He's continuing to establish new career highs in goals (11), assists (27) and points (38) in what has been a career season for the 26 year old.

Alex Iafallo scored a power-play goal at the very end of the second period to give the Kings a 2-1 lead. They would go on to lose in a shootout.

Fantasy Impact: Iafallo has seven points in his last seven games. He seems to be a consistent option at this point and fantasy managers should enjoy it while it lasts.

Sean Durzi provided secondary assists to Dustin Brown and Anze Kopitar before lighting the lamp himself during the Kings' 6-2 win over the Penguins.

Fantasy Impact: Durzi had his best game of his career to reach the 10-point plateau. It is encouraging to see him score a point on the power play as well. He could be a productive add in fantasy as well as a sneaky value play in DFS.

Garret Sparks blocked 33 of 35 shots in Los Angeles's 3-2 win against Washington.

Fantasy Impact: Sparks is filling in for Cal Petersen while the latter is out due to Covid-19 protocols. He has played sparsely for the past three years and is matchup-dependent for fantasy purposes.

Arthur Kaliyev scored a goal as the L.A. Kings downed the Florida Panthers on Thursday night. He tallied a goal, a plus-1 rating, four shots and one hit.

Fantasy Impact: The Kings were making a quick breakout with three stacked on the side. The puck bounced around and was carried into the Florida zone. Kaliyev came in slightly late and cruised into the slot. He found a good screen and shot it past Sergei Bobrovsky. He has six goals and nine points so far this season.

Olli Maatta finally found the scoresheet in L.A.'s 4-1 victory over the Panthers in Florida. He tallied a point, a plus-3 rating, four shots and two blocks through 20:13 TOI.

Fantasy Impact: Maatta and the Kinds were pressuring and he slid into the corner to open up a passing lane. He found a teammate and sent it but the Florida defender redirected the puck in his own net and that would be his first of 2021.
