Jake Allen was shelled in net for the Canadiens Saturday, allowing nine goals on 40 shots faced in a 9-2 loss to the Capitals.
Fantasy Impact:
Allen has now allowed four or more goals in three of his last five starts (0-4-1, .869 save percentage) in net for the Canadiens. The 32-year-old netminder has been a difficult option to trust for fantasy owners without another viable option, carrying an .894 save percentage and 3.52 GAA in 25 starts (9-15-1) between the pipes so far this season.
