Caufield being ruled out for the rest of the season is a devastating blow to a Montreal squad struggling to generate offense on a more consistent basis with the talented forward out of the lineup. Caufield will finish the season with 36 points (26 goals, 10 assists) in 46 games for the Canadiens and will to be ready ahead of the 2023-24 season for fantasy owners.
