The Vancouver Canucks have dealt Bo Horvat to the New York Islanders in exchange for Anthony Beauvilier, Aatu Raty, and a 2023 first-round pick. (Chris Johnston on Twitter)

Horvat gives an immediate boost to an Islanders squad that has struggled to produce consistent offense in front of all-world netminder Ilya Sorokin as the club pushes for a postseason berth. The 27-year-old superstar has been strong to this point for fantasy owners, posting a 1.10 point per game average (31 goals, 23 assists) in 49 games so far this season.
