Tyler Bertuzzi scored a first-period goal during a 6-2 loss to Ottawa. He also had four shots on goal and three hits in 16:16 minutes of ice time.

The goal was just the fourth of the season for Bertuzzi who has been limited to just 28 games with various injuries. In his last five games, he has one goal and two assists with 16 shots in that span.
