Matthew Knies posted three points for the Maple Leafs Saturday night, picking up one assist and scoring two goals in a 4-3 overtime win over the Lightning.
Fantasy Impact:
Knies has struggled to make a consistent impact in the offensive zone to begin the season for the Maple Leafs, recording points for the first time in five games for the club Saturday night. Fantasy managers should not panic however, as the 21-year-old continues to acclimate himself to the rigors of his first regular season with the Maple Leafs after a solid 2022-23 postseason for head coach Sheldon Keefe, recording three points (two goals, one assist) in five games so far this season.
