Grubauer NHL-ready, Playing Time a Question

ESPN's Corey Pronman noted in his Capitals prospect analysis that 23 year old goalie Philipp Grubauer is "NHL-ready." At the end of last season, Caps GM Brian MacLellan also commented that "Grubauer is going to get a shot" coming in to the 2015 season. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Grubauer has earned rave reviews as a pro so far, however his playing time is blocked by Braden Holtby. Holtby lead all goalies in games played last year at 73, due in part to lack of a quality backup. The #2 goalie job is Grubauer's to lose and it makes sense for the Caps to give Holtby more days off this year. If you're in a deep league with daily rosters or play DFS, whenever Grubauer starts he's a candidate to shine and grab the win on an improved Caps team. If on the small off-chance he gets traded or Holtby goes down, he could be a steal on the waiver wire.
