Sorokin surrendered five goals on 32 shots for an .875 save percentage, including 21 saves at even strength. He also turned away multiple penalty-kill chances, but Minnesota’s offensive pressure proved too much.
Fantasy Impact:
Sorokin remains a top-tier netminder, but even elite goalies can suffer tough outings when team defense lapses. Despite the subpar result, he should still be locked into lineups given his track record and overall skill level. Expect him to rebound as the Isles look to tighten up defensively.
