Mikko Rantanen posted one assist in the Hurricanes' 3-1 loss to the Oilers Saturday.

Rantanen has heated up in the offensive zone, recording points in three of his last four games (one goal, three assists) for the Hurricanes. The winger continues to acclimate himself to playing without Nathan MacKinnon since being acquired by Carolina, carrying a 1.19 point per game average (27 goals, 43 assists) in 59 games so far this season.
