Jakub Voracek records two assists in win over Boston

by Julius Bzozowski | Thu, Oct 22nd 12:32am EDT

Philadelphia Flyers RW Jakub Voracek recorded his first multi-point game of the season on Wednesday night, and was a major contributor as the Flyers came back to defeat the Boston Bruins by a score of 5-4 in overtime. (NHL.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Voracek has had a slow start: he went into Wednesday night's game with zero goals and one assist. Much like teammate Claude Giroux, there is lots of pressure on Voracek to perform. Perhaps a game like this was just what the duo needed: down 4-2, on the road, and they had to find a way with their backs against the wall. Both Voracek and Giroux put up multi-point games on Wednesday, and if Voracek and Giroux get hot at the same time, look out.
